(Doucet) Cottreau (1862-1963) of Wedgeport, NS. Edward was a fisherman prior to his enlistment drafted under the Military Service Act of 1917. His medical was completed at Aldershot Camp on June 7, 1918 and it was determined he suffered from tuberculosis. He was given a medical discharge. He died of tuberculosis on November 22, 1918 at Wedgeport, NS.
