 Albert Hart Campbell Rank: Lance Corporal     Service No: F/97316     Service: Veterans Guard of Canada           Date of Birth: April 7, 1894        Place of Birth: Baddeck, NS   Trade: Painter/Carpenter   Martial Status: Married     Religion: Presbyterian Next of Kin:    Olive Campbell (Wife) Baddeck, NS Albert Campbell was the husband of Olive Campbell, of Sydney, Nova Scotia.  Lance Corporal Campbell died of natural causes at Kingston, Ontario. A Veteran of World War I, he served as Lieutenant with the 6 Battalion, Canadian Garrison Regiment. He served in England between October 16, 1918 and December 14, 1918.  Enlisting for service with the Veterans Guard of Canada (WWII)  at Sydney, NS on February 12, 1942, he was stationed at St. Helen’s Island, Montreal and at No. 32 Internment Camp, Hull, Quebec from October 7, 1942, until his death.   Date of Death: December 28, 1942       Age At Death: 48 Cemetery: Greenwood Cemetery,  Baddeck, NS Grave Reference: Lot 9.
