HMS Royal Sovereign (05) was a Revenge-Class battleship. The ship served from the outset of WWII and returned to convoy duty in the Atlantic in late August of 1940. Frank Cyril Robson was serving on convoy duty and was admitted to the Camp Hill Hospital and died of illness (diphtheria) on May 13, 1941. He was buried in the Camp Hill Cemetery in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
