  Theodore Ruford Underwood was the son of Owen Archibald Underwood (1906-1978) and Lorena Beatrice 
  (Harvey) Underwood (1903-1977) of Three Mile Plains near Windsor, Hants Co., Nova Scotia, and the 
  brother of Vivian Blanche Underwood (1928-2017).
  He died of convulsions on April 23, 1945, at the Hants Community Hospital in Windsor, Nova Scotia, after a 
  week in hospital. His death certificate notes that a secondary cause as acute parenchymatous nephritis, 
  and that he had previously been sick in South Africa.
  He was buried on April 25, 1945, and is interred at the 
  Windsor Maplewood Cemetery in Windsor, Hants County, 
  Nova Scotia.
